I finally got back into my running routine after a long winter. 5 days a week, 3 miles a day. Today I put the cap on 4 weeks without missing a day, so that’s 60 miles. Go me.

blah. I need to get my ass in gear. And I only ever try to do 4 days a week... 5K each day... I just... man fallout 4 is bad for me...

Yeah I actually do 5k each day too, I just round it down to 3 miles because saying 5k sounds pretentious and saying 3.107 miles is a mouthful. I do 3.1 and walk it out to 3 and a quarter to cool off.

Go you. I did the isometric exercises with my track team this week. Now I hurt.

Treadmill or outdoors? I’m looking forward to winter buggering off so I can get my shoes and bike back on the trails. I’m physically active most days at work but I need to get some dedicated cardio in asap if I want to do any races this year.

Treadmill, but I feel like treadmills are cheating so I do it all at 5% incline to even it out.

Good move. I’m not a fan of treadmills because I’m too tall, I end up kicking the front or getting perilously close to the rear edge. Have you ever tried a Woodway Curve? They have no motors and feel pretty natural despite the curved platform. I want one (the XL though).

I was doing a mile every night on mine, but put it on 10% incline (max) and then the front up on blocks. my legs burned like a motherfucker but it was great exercise. Then we moved and didnt have room for it, so now I am fat.
